Kate Weaver has been with Fifth Management and its affiliated companies for over twenty five years and is in charge of the overall management of the business and the development of future operations. Kate helped to establish the existing systems in place at the company today and has managed and directed the development of the current property management services offered by the company. Kate is a Maryland licensed Certified Public Accountant and a candidate for CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Traci Barsy joined the Fifth Management team in 1996 and has worked closely with top management in developing the property management systems in use throughout the company's management portfolio. Traci's primary responsibilities with the company are to oversee all field operations and site personnel and serve as the primary liaison between the company and all government agencies. Traci has an Associates of Arts degree in Computer Science from Prince George's Community College.

Carol Salmon has been with our organization for over thirty years and manages all accounting functions for the properties including all bank accounts, cash receipts and disbursements, lender payments and monthly reporting. Carol has extensive experience in real estate and construction accounting management and has developed many of the financial and accounting systems and procedures currently is use at Fifth Management.

Jennine Dennis has been with Fifth Management for five years and serves as the company's Human Resources Manager. Jennine is responsible for the administration of all company benefit plans, employee programs and the payroll department. Jennine also works extensively in various accounting functions.

Katie Bolin has been with Fifth Management for over 7 years and is responsible for compliance with all government regulations. Katie also assists with new employee training and all in-house management workshops.
